Leuschen Transportation is dedicated, above all else, to the safety of our student passengers, our employees, and the public with whom we share the road each day. Our approach to safety is based on behavior and results, while ensuring we meet or exceed regulations.
It is our belief that the principals embodied in our behavior-based approach to safety should be experienced by Leuschen’s employees, customers, and most of all, our student passengers in the form of a common safety culture throughout our operations.
We perform regular safety audits at our facilities, reviewing and reinforcing safety policies and procedures with our team members. We implement secure platforms for our driver screening and compliance processes to evaluate candidates, and to ensure employee credentialing is always up-to-date. We hold monthly safety meetings and support a variety of safety campaigns and initiatives throughout the year.
As a partner with our local schools and families, we will never compromise the care or safety of our passengers.
